History of Lad Vania

Origin & Migration

Our community, the "Lad Vania", traces its roots back to the ancient 'Lat-desh', a region in South Gujarat known for its rich culture and trade. According to the "Gazetteer 1901" and historical records, the term 'Lad' signifies our origin from this prosperous region. Over time, our ancestors migrated North, settling in parts of Vadodara, Dabhoi, and eventually spreading across Madhya Pradesh (Indore, Ujjain) and Maharashtra. We are traditionally a trading community (Vania) with deep-rooted Vaishnav values.

Kuldevi (Deity)

Our Kuldevi is Ashapuri Mataji. We worship her with deep devotion.

Terms & Conditions / नियमावली

  • Timing: Booking period is from 8:00 AM to 7:00 AM (Next Day).
  • Duration: Maximum 3 days continuous booking allowed.
  • Payment: 100% Rent + Security Deposit must be paid in advance.
  • Electricity: Meter reading charges are extra (as per rate card).
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancelled 20 days before: 20% deduction
    • Cancelled within 15 days: 50% deduction
  • Security: During booking, 120% of amount must be deposited (includes security).
  • Strict Rule: No booking will be confirmed without full payment.

  3. बिजली का बिल अलग से देय होगा (यूनिट के अनुसार)।

महत्वपूर्ण: यह एक अनंतिम बुकिंग रसीद है। अंतिम पुष्टि कार्यालय में 100% भुगतान और सत्यापन के बाद ही दी जाएगी।
